Everything was perfect, impeccable. The staff incredibly kind, attentive and able to accommodate any requests. The best service one can imagine. The place is gorgeous and very calm
The rooms are immaculate as well as the facility. The food is insane and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel good. They were simply ovely with our son as well and were making everyhting in their power for him to have a good time (feeding the fish for example).
Service was great and all employees very polite and nice. Rooms are big and comfortable.Location is good as close to town
we booked a pool villa loved it with views into the jungle and great space at living and bedroom area loved the Breakfast great choices and dont forget to use the Spa wow factor
I LOVE COMO UMA UBUD!!! Every detail. Breakfast is above and beyond exceptional. They serve a buffet and a la carte menu, all included, in this GORGEOUS spot by a koi pond (get the zucchini halloumi fritters). The grounds the hotel is on are super lush and stunning. The main infinity pool and the spa services are amazing! They also offer yoga and other activities. And the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Also the beds are comfy. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in my life! Already want to travel to other Como hotels.
