The cleanliness and the room was spacious, the location was good and close to Main Street but you will need transportation
When we arrived it was nyepi celebration and we were stuck because all roads were blocked, the hotel sent a shuttle and helped us to reach the hotel
We also spent the silent day in the hotel it was nice and pleasant
We LOVED our time at Wapa and are longing to go back! The food is fantastic! The service is incredible. They even have outings you can participate in! It is so beautiful and peaceful. We even had a spa treatment that was very good.
The staff was amazing. Remembering our names and orders (Juli was one of the staff). Very attentive. The rooms were clean and the bedding was soft & smelled clean daily! The grounds were well maintained every day. The management went above and beyond for our anniversary & my husband's birthday! Overall the hotel & staff were fantastic and I would go back again in a heart beat!
Facilities are beautiful and stuff are amazing people.
