This place is a true gem. Staff was among the most attentive, friendly and wonderful I have ever experienced, without being too formal. I was easily able to work from the room, the WiFi was great.

The hotel was great, the room very spacious with a really nice bathroom and shower. The swimming pool was beautiful and very pleasant which we were able to enjoy with the happy hour drinks. The hotel is very well located in a very nice main street full of shops and retaurants.
The hotel is very well located, near all good restaurants in Kuta. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many options on the menu. We stayed in room 709 which was a little secluded from the pool's noise and the Mosque. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is really big, it looks like a living room. The pool area is nice and relaxing. Very well maintained. The upstairs pool is very good!
