Clean room , quick service , the receptionists very kind , helpful , always smiling most important is very polite
i will visit the hotel next time
The room was very cosy and came equipped with everything that we needed. It is also located very near to the train station- meaning that visiting the old town & Jakarta city central was easily done. The staff were always extremely friendly and never missed saying hello. Especially the male receptionist- who provided great service on multiple occasions.
The room was just okay. The first room we were offered smelled like cigarettes badly, I wouldn’t be able to spend a whole night in the room. Luckily we asked to change rooms and the second one didn’t have the same smell.
The room and bed is very comfortable, the facilities in the room is great
the room is cozy
the staff were polite and very helpfull
the location is quite strategic
