Location is just perfection!! Central, Easy Access, Shopping Mall nearby.
I love the pillow in the rooms, firm and comfy. Room and public area are cleaned. WiFi connection fast.

The location - just meters away from the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. I love to run/walk on car free day, so this hotel is really a good choice. It’s about 100 meters away from Sarinah, about 20 mins walk to Tanah Abang or Sabang street food area. The room though small, but comfortable and has the street view that I like. Aircond, TV worked well & I love breakfast.
As I checked in late night the room, I found some things dirty linen and towels in the room, which I informed the person in charge of the night shift. Somehow I slept because of long flight.
On the third day, I met Mr Again, who is the front office manager. He facilitated very professional way and transferred me to a good room. I spent a night and checked out the next day. The staff of F&B were very friendly and hardworking and I enjoyed their service and food.
Special thanks to Mr Agian, Head chef, Outlet Supervisor and entire F&B and front team. Hope to see you guys again somewhere in the world… 🙏💕
Location is perfect at the city center. Sarinah Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia shopping mall are nearby within walking distance.
Staff are friendly, sweet smile and professional(security at the front door, receptionist, waiter at the breakfast time and housekeeper)
Room is cleaned and spacious. Bed and pillow comfortable. The bed is little bit drown, it’s time to change to the firm one.
Restaurants, cake shop, public transport are easy to find near the hotel.
Like the location. Get to avoid the busy/chaotic culinery street but close enough to walk there 🥰
