Nice quite place next (=10 mins max walk by shortcut available) to the beach - very convenient for me for the morning surfing classess. The pool area was nice and relaxing, fortunately, not too many people staying there in january (rain season). You could hear your neighbors, of course, if they were being loud, however, nothing you wouldnt get in any other house.

Location was close to beach and shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Villa was large and had everything we needed.

Newly built property, very spacious and meticulously designed. Loved the rooms, the swimming pool and other common areas.
We also got a chance to look at the 3-bed villas which we would have booked if the group was 6+.
The staff were amazing, very polite and courteous and very much looking forward to help with anything. They also spoke enough English so language and communication wasn’t a problem at any point.
