The friendly staff upgraded our room and they couldn't be more accommodating to our needs.
The layout and design of the hotel was particularly attractive and the pool super. The beach was kept nice and tidy and the access into the sea was safe and easy.
The infinity pool with the view, breakfast with the view, dinner with balinese dance, the room, the staff, our first room is dirty but they upgraded into suit room thank you Novotel!!!
Great!! Breakfast. Room was very comfortable and slept great. Staff were extremely pleasant and easy to talk too. Great pool area with many options. Loved being in the pool looking out to ocean watching people enjoy riding Sea Doos, banana boot riding , snorkeling, and the staff at the pool were helpful with great personalities.
There was a bar and food to get something to drink or eat . One night I think Wednesday they have a Buffett. It was excellent. We were glad we picked Novotel Bali Benoa . Also easy walk to areas around it to shop, get a tattoo, and of course try local food.
The staff were very kind and respectful. The room was clean and spacious, the pool was clean. There were enough sun-beds around the pool and at the beach. The atmosphere in the hotel felt warm and welcoming.
The staff were always ready to help. Beautiful place. Recommend!
