Great location. Great value for money. Staff were great. Room were simple and compact. Staff were very helpful and were able to put in a desk and chair in the room on request.
I experienced a slight bad experience. I rang your front desk for assistance. Pak Irwan Sunandri (Operational Manager) immediately came to assist me and to give me some good advise. I am really appreciative for his immediate response.
Shower was reliably hot and strong. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location beside mall, with connection. Price is reasonable.
Convenient because it’s connected to mall kelapa gading . You can enter from level 3 - food court level
Or from ground floor next go hotel . There are a few restaurants on ground floor . Charles and Keith is on level 1 . You must try Rembolan Indonesian restaurant on level 1 not far from Charles & Keith.
