From the moment i arrived i was impressed by the level of service and hospitality.the staff were incredible helpful polite-and always ready to assist with warm smile i was disturbed from noise in my room they promptly changed my room and later asked if i need higher floor to move also they put some sweets and card for apology also i want to thank kargana and abn and also sunarta and suwosta for always making our room tiddy and surprise us with lovely towel decoration also i would like to thank serati for all the support and always checking on us
This place is amazing free activities and food is so tasty the place so calm relaxing and exceed expectations from fruit garden to river to animal garden the pool Jacuzzi
What ever i say not enough for this amazing resort we will come to bali only to stay again there

The views (e.g., from the pool, restaurant, the yoga place) are astonishing. The food was delicious with a good choice from different cuisines during the breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help. The number of activities / facilities and their quality was really great.

Best experience I had
Infinity Pool was as if you are in heaven, overlooking a green forest with a little mist covering the trees. Breakfast on the Club level also was super with an extraordinary view. The room was a perfect pace to return to and overlooking great scenery that surrounds the hotel from all sides. The Spa was an extraordinary experience to me and my partner. Unforgettable experience.
