Ужасный отель. Просто нет слов. В данном отеле мы находились 10 минут. С виду все очень хорошо, ни за что в жизни не подумаешь, что тебя ждет внутри номера. Когда мы поднялись на второй этаж и зашли в свой номер мне стало плохо от увиденного. Картинка полностью не соответствует действительности. Грязное постельное белье, такое ощущение что на нем спали до нас. На стенах трещины. Телевизор просто висит для интерьера, не работает. Самое интересное когда мы зашли в ванную. Там мне просто захотелось плакать. Это просто кошмар. Душ это одно название. Дырка в полу. Рядом туалет и шторка. Как там купаться непонятно. Мы до этого жили также в тройке но в районе Нуса Дуа, есть с чем сравнить. Мы заселились и сразу выселились, не прожив там и ни дня. Прт этом у нас проживание было полностью оплачено. Когда мы выселялись девушка на ресепшене начала судорожно предлагать другой номер, мы соответственно отказались. Зачем изначально селить в это убожество. На запрос в отель о частичном возврате денежных средств, отель нам конечно же отказал. Настроение было испорчено. Я просто не представляю кто захочет жить в таком номере.
