Kind staff! Very good restaurant! Play area and pools are nice but a bit dated.
Rooms very big and comfortable, need a bit of a renovation but it is ok!

The staff is so kind and helpful. The facilities are nice and spacious.
The room was great; staff were friendly as always in Bali, buffet breakfast was well worth the inclusion, kids activities and play area were so good for the toddler and overall couldn't fault our stay at prime plaza suites.
Pool was great for kids. Balls, nets, hoops for them to play. The kids pool, slide, playground and kids area was fantastic for younger kids under 10.
Rooms were very spacious.
