Room was super clean. Mini bar. Large pool. Friendly and courteous staff. Generous spread of buffet breakfast. Airport transfers. Daily shuttle service to Labuan Bajo town in the evening.
Lovely hotel however it is a bit dated - breakfast has a lot of options (not all of them fantastic but still good). Gym onsite which is great!
Clean, near the beach, spacious, open.
We got an upgrade from deluxe to suite which is wonderful.
We love the big room and bathroom.
We actually had to immediately move from another hotel to Jayakarta. They offered us not only a better rate, more comfort and better quality, but also free pick up from terrible Expedia booked hotel and free shuttle to the airport. Staff? Exceptional. Better than what we could expect. Will come back for sure

Breakfast is amazing and the pool and other areas are clean and cozy.
Best this is next to sea and the beach is there.
