The staffs are very nice and helpful, room is clean and has good city view

Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.

The breakfast was great! Loved their food and cooking. They had tons of options from rice to soups, juices, chips, cooked chicken curry, pasta, a lot of fried delicacies, cereals, fresh fruits, eggs, milk, muffins, yogurt, bread pudding, waffles, bread, pancakes, etc. One night we were surprised by some complimentary cakes with our order - which made our day. Housekeeping is also very good, whatever we requested they were prompt to act upon. The service was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and thanks God the front desk people understand English!
