The Black Iris is a true gem very close to the main sites in Madaba. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and everything was delicious! We ate breakfast outside on the patio which was very pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel, and was excellent value for money. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size, bathroom was well appointed, and everything very clean.
Clean, friendly, welcoming. Well equipped room, big bed, extra blanket, air conditioning. Great shower. Good breakfast. Nice breakfast room and outside terrace (didn’t use terrace). Helped us organise a taxi to airport - nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel is perfect there is parking, elevator, friendly staff, big rooms and comfy bed. The room is very clean also.
The room is modern, clean with lift access. The staff is courteous and helpful. We ate the dinner buffet on our last night, and it was excellent. St. George Church is within walking distance. There is also a modern mall within a short walk.
The breakfast was amazing, such good food and that it is included! Could not have been better. Everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to come back and stay. Location is great, very delicious restaurant was about a 10 min walk, suggested by a staff member.
