On the dead sea, easy access and really nice Extremelly please with the meals, taste, presentation, many options to choose from...really impress with dinner and breakfast. The service, the staff wonderful An artisan look, confortable luxury perfect just perfect This is even better, the service was outstanding, if the hotel had imperfections impossible to see them because the hotel service from all was outstanding Dinnner didn't inlude a hot brew like coffee or tea and with so nice desorts that was not good and the price for a coffee was too high

The facilities are amazing and the staff extremely friendly!

Most of the staff are very nice and ready to fix the problem. The pools were very relaxing and big enough not to feel overcrowded. The breakfast was very nice. Especially the gentleman serving fresh bread out of a stone oven. The lifeguard at the sea was exceptional!!! You can tell he loves what he does. Explains how to use the salt and then the mud. I got sea water in my eye, and he was right there to help me with a water hose. The room was not equipped as advertised. No water, no minibar, no robes and two towels only. The rooms are much smaller than expected. The manager said the next time I come he will give me an upgrade due to my experience. I never heard from Abraham. He had someone else call me. The price was more expensive through the hotel than online. And the corporate rate was even more expensive. When I told the person trying to make reservations that the online price was less, he was very rude. The spa was overpriced. Also, not the same price as online.

Завтрак и ужин очень разнообразные, обильные и вкусные. Персонал вежливый и очень внимательный, территория как оазис в пустыне, очень красиво. Видно что стараются поддерживать рабочее состояние отеля. Но ремонт конечно бы не помешал. Интерьер номеров на мой взгляд немного устарел.

Расположение, сервис. Большой, удобный и спокойный отель. Плохо обустроенный пляж, стабильность работы wi-fi.
