Amazing staff especially Mr Balen who assisted me throughout my stay and made it a wonderful experience for me.
Arjan is my number one option when I visit Erbil, it’s super nice, clean and the restaurant is amazing!

Everything was perfect from the first day of my stay at the hotel to the last day and the staff were very kind and friendly
