I highly recommend this quaint hotel! The staff, especially Rula, Shams, and the other reception gentleman, made my 5-day stay truly comfortable. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness added to the calm, restful atmosphere. This is my second time staying here, and the peaceful vibes make it a perfect getaway. If you're looking for a relaxing experience with exceptional service, this hotel is a must-try!

Mashoor and Basil and even the others were exceptionally great friendly and you can actually be one of the family they give you that cozy feeling and they never forget about you the moment I entered the hotel again they welcomed me with my name and light hearted way

Location is very good, but breakfast was ok ,due to month of ramdhzan .
