The staff and crew were exceptionally helpful and friendly - they made reservations for us at a local restaurant, let us check in very early, welcomed us with a genuine friendly attitude, and were just lovely to interact with. When the Fairyhouse Festival was canceled they helped us find other things to do in the area. The grounds are beautiful to walk. My adult kids spent an afternoon in the spa and came out more relaxed than they'd been in a while. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could want fresh and hot. All in all, it was a wonderful few days.
Breakfast was lovely plenty of everythin. Staff were very helpful from when we arrived till we left. Plenty off parking and no problem to get a taxi from the hotel to where we wanted to go.
Staff was very helpful at front desk and in lounge (food service). Grounds are lovely to do short walks on paths around hotel. Food was very good in lounge and nice area to sit and relax. Rooms were nice size. We did not have time to visit spa, but looked like lots of guests were.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. So relaxing atmosphere all around. Nothing was a problem for them. Spa time. Restraunt time change. Everyone that works there, wheather in the restraunt or spa appears to enjoy what they are doing. Which is lovely to experience
