The staff were very helpful especially when we were delayed arriving.
The public areas are beautiful. My room was quiet, comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The shower was one of the nicest I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfasts were exceptional and I especially appreciated being able to order and enjoy the pancakes.
The spa is in a wonderful location. It has views of the adjacent bay and a lovely walking paths on the property. It also has the expected massage therapy and workout facilities One would expect in a spa.
