The room is spacious. We arrived near midnight and found that the cot keeps collapsing. We talked to the young lady at the reception and she came to the room and confirmed the condition. 10 or 15 min. later, she sent a much better cot. We appreciated that.
The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was very great. They even had a laundry service which was very affordable and so convenient! The breakfast was included, it was nothing special but hit the spot. Rooms were clean and spacious
We were for one night and the waitress in the dinner was exceptional, the breakfast next day was great, a lot of variety of food. the location was nice and comfy, nice place to see the boreal auroras.
Staff was delightful. The hotel and our room was clean.
Loved the hot tubs, there were two of them and they were open until 10pm.
