The staff friendliness. They hurried to solve a problem with the AC by offering all they help to make our stay comfortable despite that incident

The location was good, close to the airport but also in the city.
Great location. Very near bus and metro. Good restaurants nearby as well.
We were there during the worst power outage in Spain. The hotel staff were amazing in dealing with it. They gave us food for free, treated everyone really well and continued the service as much as they can. The best place ever. Besides that, it was super clean and cozy!
