staff was very kind and friendly, they spoke enough languages! ( most of the visitors were French, and animation crew spoke French fluently, so a place for French people) but not only them, food was delicious, cleanliness and safety was at highest! I totally recommend it!

We loved how attentive the staff were. It felt like a true 5-star experience. For example, we asked to change our room during the week when there were national holidays in France and Spain and so the hotel had a lot of guests and all the rooms were booked out, but the hotel staff took good care of us. They offered several different options to choose from without any problem. Also, they were super friendly about us requesting an early breakfast, which you can arrange at this hotel as early as 6:30 am if you also plan to go on excursions or go surfing like we did. Talking about surfing, there is a nice surfing school nearby, which picked us up from the hotel every morning, and the surfing spot (for beginners) was about 20 min away, so the hotel's location is definitely good for trying out surfing. The hotel is not right on the beach, you have to walk for about 5-7 minutes downhill, but to us it was not a problem.

The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Food in the buffet restaurant was varied and well displayed. Entertainment staff tried to include everyone as much as possible as most guests speak French - with activities throughout the day and shows at night. There are lots of sun loungers and a snack bar for when the restaurant is closed. Really good quality for all inclusive
