Location and how modern the overall apartment was and how equipped it was
The apartment is a good size. Main bedroom had a good fan to keep you cool and the main living space had good aircon.

(Washing machine was broken and they change in a couple of days, impressive).
Elke was a fantastic host. Very helpful. Location is excellent. Kitchen well equipped and supermarket is a 30 second walk away with everything you need. Plenty of towels provided for pool, beach and showers. Washing machine very handy & the shower has great pressure.
