The space is very comfortable and all rooms (including kitchen) are well organized and easy to use.

The flat is quite spacious and was the perfect size for our group. The decor and fixtures were new and the whole place was very clean.
Location: It was very close to the train & bus stations and also a short walk to the beach. It was also my first time to stay in Gros and I was surprised about how nice it was to be away from the crowds in the old town. Still, it wasn't very far and it was maybe a 15-min walk to the old town.
Key retrieval: easy. My friend arrived before us and since the flat was already available, they let her in the apartment.
No, truly. Its a stunning apartment, more than spacious for a big group, blocks from the beach, short stroll to old town.
Great location only about 5 minutes walk across the bridge to the old town. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and transport. Very clean, comfortable contemporary furnishings. While it’s on a busy road the soundproofing is quite good. Lovely light and airy outlook. Excellent communication from host. The building has a small lift.
