The host was very responsive and answered all the questions regarding the whole stay in Santiago also checked daily if we needed something, brought fresh towels during the middle day of our stay, the best part being the swift response and sending of check in instructions at 18.00, right after the other host via Booking.com canceled our stay for no valid reason(Hostal San Pelayo - I do not recommend anybody to stay there) Nearby there is a gas station(with kiosk), MCdonalds and a huge shopping mall, the bus stop for the airport is 5-8min walk and the walk to catedral is 25-40min depending on your fitness levels By reading other comments about this place it is seen that owner did improve the apartament - there is no bad smell and the wifi works just amazing

Great apartment walking distance from the cathedral and the centre. Clean and has a good terrace. Kitchen is kitted for a quick meal. Although the property does not advertise parking, being a quiet area, we could park on the street for free and quite close to the flat. Saving the best for last - the host Ramon was great. He was warm and friendly, gave us the directions making the flat easy to check in, recommendations for restaurants, etc. The day we were checking out on was a dull, rainy day and Ramon kindly allowed us a late check out which helped us wait until the rain subsided a bit.
