I liked the personal greeting and advice about Bilbao from Xavi, particularly the tip to buy a Barik card for discounted travel.
We loved the location which is close to metro and bus stops and an easy walk to the river. There are local shops and bars if you need supplies.
Bilbao was great and we went out to Getxo by metro as well as seeing the main sights.
The apartment is small but fine for 2. The bed was very comfortable.
I would stay here again on my next visit.

A good apartment that had everything we needed. Lots of room, a little out of the main area but so close to a metro station, and can walk from the apartment to the old town and the Guggenheim. Also, great contact with hosts. Highly recommend.
Easy and fast message exchange with property staff. Upon receiving the keys, we also received very useful information about the city, best places to park and what to look around.
Location is great and very easy to visit the city walking without the need to take any transportation.
The apartment is better than the photos shows (nice surprise), bath is awesome with excellent water flow and always hot!! Kitchen has everything you need to cook and/or take your breakfast. Very very quiet, no noise from neighbours.
Absolutely everything you needed was available, including washing detergent and softener for the washing machine.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was very good.
