New, clean and chic. But I would recommend that when you rent you underline that people have read the rules. Expect for couple of younger adults who stayed for 2 nights we loved it staying in your beautiful apartments.

Really modern apartments finished to a very high standard. Location was excellent , quiet but minutes walk to the promenade , shops ,bars etc.
The Apartment was spacious, very clean and they even provided beach towels. The Pool is small but really nice, the beach close by. Would go again.
Everything charmed us: the size and decoration of the apartment, the brightness, the cleanliness, the enormous fully furnished terrace, the view and the location.
On top of that, the owner is impeccable. His communication, his availability, his kindness were appreciable.
Without any hesitation we would recommend this loft for anyone wishing to discover Chalkida and its surroundings.
Fantastic Property. Would highly recommend this place. Hope to be back there in the future.
