Great location for beach and restaurants and other Benidorm sights. However the main reason for visit was to meet a group of friends for the Costa Blanca Rugby 7s.
We went for the fancy dress parade. Great location. Very responsive hosts. My friend got stuck in bathroom at 5am one night. The latch on the door wouldn't fully open. I called the agent who was there within 15 mins and when they couldn't get it to work they called a locksmith who came within 10mins. Half hour later she was out. New latch fitted. I thought was excellent service.
we had a 1-night stay in a different hotel due to airline changes but the Manager Jaun brought our keys to this hotel's lovely service!
Juan and his lovely wife were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to make our arrival and departure stress free and was lovely to meet them both. they ironed out a few little problems for us without any fuss so a big shoutout to them we would be happy to deal with them again
We liked the location, close to the beach and old town. We liked the lounge with views to the beach. Good aircon in the lounge and bedroom - selection of restaurants within 5 minute walk, supermarket directly below was very convenient. Our host was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to return to the airport, many thanks.
