From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcome. The staff were so friendly and really helpful, going with my husband to show him where to park the car and ensuring there was a wheelchair for my sister until her rented one arrived. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and you could sit inside or out. We had an issue with our TV not working, however the staff really went out of their way to get it working.

The pool area is awesome! Is feels like a little oasis that blocks the chaos outside. The room was comfy and had a view on the pool area, which was a nice touch

When they say pet friendly they really mean it. I appreciated a lot the friendly staff who were very nice to my pet and us of course. They explained the rules about pets staying in the hotel which were very reasonable, Miguel checked us in and was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay. :)
