Location was amazing right in the middle of Puerta del Sol. There were a couple issues (non-functioning air controller in one room and the shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken) in which after texting the staff they were friendly and all fixed in the same day.
Location, staff is very supportive, apartment size is very good and very clean.

Excellent location! Even though it’s in Puerta del Sol you won’t hear noise. Well equipped, comfortable rooms and has big bathroom.
Apartment is really great. It is well equipped, clean, spacious. Wifi was great. Perfect location, at the very city center. We would definitely come again!!!
