Very Clean, and the Airbnb have everything you need on your stay. Comfortable beds.

All: from instructions for check-in and how to access the apt., through the refreshments waited for us as a welcome gesture, softness of towels, sense, and smell of cleanliness in the bedrooms, and the strong stream of non-stop hot water in both showers.
Staff were available with a very quick response time up until 12 am!
The location is fabulous. 5 minutes from the heart of Gran Via and 10 to P. Del Sol. There is an urban supermarket one minute away and nice wine bars and cocktail bars as well.
It felt safe for walking at night with the kids in the street and in the entire area.
