The location in the heart of Old Town is perfect. Bilbao may have the best public transit systems in the world, so getting around the city was exceptionally easy.
The facilities were very clean and well-appointed. The staff was very available and helpful with things like airport taxis and anything else we required. The door code system was as straightforward as possible and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable as well.
