I stayed only one night but was very pleased with the property.

El Foyu hotel was warm and so was the welcome. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful. There was a comprehensive breakfast spread provided.

It was a charming small hotel. Very clean. Easily recommendable.

El Foyu is a gorgeous hotel. The owner is very kind and he serves his guests with great hospitality. The hotel is within an easy walk to Colunga, and you could also walk to a nearby beach. (Both are about a mile or so away.) The setting has fantastic views of the Picos de Europa. There is a restaurant on site as well. My room was extremely lovely and very big, with a very comfortable king size bed, a little refrigerator, a all and a spa tub....which was wonderful after a day of walking far on the Camino! A lovely breakfast was also included. The picture I included was the morning view from my room!
