This is a hostal and co-working space, not a typical hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. WiFi works well. There is a communal kitchen with a piano. Several customers played the piano beautifully during our stay. There is a third floor terrace that is OK, but not spectacular. We had our own room with bathroom. It was small, but well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave oven. No plates or utensils, but you could borrow those from the communal kitchen. The location is good, there is a Mercado three blocks away with restaurant/bars, a large supermarket, and other vendors. The Metro stop is two blocks away, on a busy street with many shops and services. The place has a modern vibe with interesting use of colored lighting, both inside and outside the room.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was cool and refreshing, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Location is very good. Room was clean. the hotel is with a good infrastructure.

It's a nice location, close to Santiago Bernabeu and to metro directly to city center and to airport. The facilities were pretty clean, the bed is ok
