We didn't actually stay at this hotel; there was some kind of problem with our room when we went to check in and because the hotel was fully booked they moved us to another, better-rated hotel H10 The One a few streets away and even added an included breakfast that we hadn't planned on and paid for our taxi to get there. We loved how they handled the problem, and we had an extra luxurious night for our last night in Barcelona.
Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, convenient location close to Plaça Catalunya, easy walking to most important sites, staff were all friendly and helpful; fairly sound proof on a busy street.
The room was fine, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great (even included a scale).
Our stay was truly amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Alicia, Silvia and Laila, they went above and beyond when we had an unexpected incident in Barcelone. The ladies immediately stepped in, made phone calls on our behalf, and really helped us stay calm and supported. We’re so grateful for their kindness and quick action.
The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and cafés.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely come back. Huge thanks to Alicia and the rest of the team for making our stay so special!
Great location just off Placa Catalunya. It was in between 2 major metro stations and the bus to/from the airport was a 5 minute walk. The top of Las Ramblas was a 5 minute walk away. Even though the hotel was in a busy location our room was very quiet. It faced the pool and had a balcony. Request a room facing the pool to avoid noise off the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again.
