The room was clean and had everything you needed! Staff were so nice. The location is the best part; close to everything! Absolutely recommend you stay here!
I loved that the room had a table, and the internet was fast, around 300 Mbps. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The check-in process was easy to understand, and we didn’t encounter any staff during our stay. The room is located on the 4th floor, and we were glad the elevator was working.
The bed was comfortable, the room was big enough, the check-in was smooth. We were able to leave our bags there for a while after check-out, that was great. The AC worked well. Oh, and the location is perfect, just minutes away from the Sol station.
Within walking distance of main museums and major attractions in Madrid. Closed to many restaurants and public transport. There are small groceries stores to buy snacks and the room has a small fridge to keep them. It also has an electric kettle and they provide instant coffee.
The building is quiet and safe. We stayed five days, came in and out at all hours, and never had an issue.
We will stay there again.
We loved the room, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We needed to store our luggage for a few hours before catching a train, and they kindly allowed us to do that after we checked out.
