Cleanliness. 24 hrs staffs. Staffs are very helpful & kind.
The position can be an advantage (is very central, you can do the main attraction by foot) but being central comes with the disadvantage of a lot of noise. The bar opposite the hotel is open until 6am. If you have a room on that side, good by sleep.
The location is great. Only 2min to Sol Metro, walking to Grand Via. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Central heat.
The location is the best with good price. Good water pressure and comfy pillows. There were noises from outside as expected from this kind of location but the window was able to block part of it out and we have no problem sleeping at all.
All good, the place is very good in the city center, and everywhere you can walk
