I choose the hostel, because it was very close to WiZink Center. We went to a concert. The hostel is near to food locations too, that was good as we were hangry after the concert. The room was clean, and very comfortable. It has all we needed, including a hair dryer. We had to leave early the next morning. There was a place we can leave the keys, so everything looks very well organized. I would say Monica (Friends) organized. Maybe if I stay next time for more days I can share more details :)
Location, cleanliness, conditions of the facilities and furniture
Staff was very accomodating. We arrived late due to a plane delay. They said they would wait for us. They were very friendly and helpful. Room was small like many in Europe but very clean and quiet. We would stay again. Location is fabulous.
The hostal is in a great location, many restaurants with good reviews within a walking distance, and the metro is close by which you can take to other attractions in Madrid. The room is spacious and has good lighting, overall it was a good deal.
Easy to check in and checked in early with no problem.
