Very nice room, just down the block from Plaza Mayor.
Location, staff, cleanliness excellent. Hotel is close to everything!Our double was very small (at a very low price, admittedly) so we asked to change to a triple at a higher rate. The new room was perfect. Showers great with lots of hot water. All the staff friendly, efficient and cooperative. We loved our stay there and would come back.
Turned out to not be a hostel at all, but a low-cost hotel. The room was clean and secure and we had a private bathroom with a storage closet. Beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the cathedral. Staff was friendly and helpful, and arranged a time to meet for check-in ahead of our arrival as they don't have staff 24/7. The door from the street is secured anytime they don't have staff present. Location is excellent, just about 100 feet from the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the bar/cafe hub in town.

The location was amazing! Michelin star restaurants next door and another one a block away!
