Hostal Ramos is in Barcelona's Raval district, just 164 feet from the famous Ramblas. It offers 24-hour reception and simple, air-conditioned rooms with a TV and private bathroom. The Ramos has a computer with free internet access. There is also a luggage storage facility in reception. The guest house is set near many of the city's attractions. It is next to the Boquería Market and the Liceu Opera House. Plaça Catalunya is just 5 minutes’ walk away. Airport busses, trains and metro lines all stop here.

We stayed in a 3 persons room. It was a comfortable room, even though a bit small, but perfect to come back after a long day of exploring Barcelona. The room has a small fridge, and a TV (you need to get the remote from the reception), and gets cleaned everyday. There's a coffee machine in the common room, along with water dispensers for hot/cold water. The location is great... close to La Rambla, yet peaceful and tucked away from the constant crowd, the gothic quarter, placa Catalunya etc. everything is walking distance. There are a couple of metro stations close by, so that's super convenient too!
Amazing location if you want to explore on foot, and with a metro station right around the corner.
I was pleasantly surprised by how super clean it was for this kind of money and in this location.
The beds are nice and firm, no dents, the bedding is smooth and not piled.
The property is smoke-free and didn’t stink.
The noise is also much less than expected: I’ve slept with my balcony open, and only heard some street noise on FC Barcelona game night. I had earplugs but never had to use them.
The mini-fridge was silent and a total monster when it came to chilling things, hotel fridges are often lukewarm but not this one.
Overall, surprisingly great stay; but go for a room with a balcony if you can.

Great location, clean and decent amount of space. Central to everything and good for a two night stay for two people. Walking distance to the great El Raval and Gothic Quarter attractions.
