I stayed on 2 occasions. Thus first room, for 2 nights, was great. It had a window that opened and was comfortable. The second stay, for one night, was in a back room, and a window that only opened a few inches. It was hot and not comfortable. The fan saved me interns of sleep. In the future, I would ask which room I had booked.
The location is great and the staff are really helpful and kind.
Javier was very helpful and gave us maps and recommendations. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. Our little balcony looked out in the magnificent cathedral. We had a fridge and kettle in the room. The wifi was excellent. Elevator. Good heating
Javier was very nice to wait for us after the normal check in hours. We are still sorry to arrive so late but he was always very nice and kind.
Rooms were big and very warm, facilities very comfortable.

The location is great along the side of a beautiful church, five minutes walk from the train station, and with tons of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was very clean with basic ammenities like a kettle, fridge, hair dryer, and TV. We just needed a simple place to stay before starting the Camino del Norte and this place was perfect. But, like others have said, the best was interacting with the owner. He was so funny and direct with all of the information that we needed. He made our day!
