The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location was great. Easy access to Plaza Mayor and Sol Plaza/metro.
There was nothing not to like. We were actually pleasantly surprised when we entered Hostal Santa Cruz. This older building was very nicely renovated to make a comfortable stay. But most outstanding was its location.
Jeannette and Roberto are lovely proprietors, the rooms are clean and comfortable and provide everything one needs. The hostel is so well located, you can walk to numerous stunning and historical sites. Highly recommend.
