Great little hotel in a prime location, walking distance from a lot of attractions as well as public transport, supermarket etc..

The location is excellent! This place is right in the center of Madrid. The rooms are very well isolated from noise and fairly clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
• Friendly and Helpful Reception: The reception staff were exceptionally friendly. My check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and during check-out, one of the employees even helped carry my luggage to the taxi. He went above and beyond by communicating my destination to the taxi driver in the local language and did so without expecting any tips.
• Prime Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right in the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area and very close to transportation.
• Thoughtful Room Design: The room was designed efficiently, making the best use of every inch, and providing a comfortable and welcoming space.
