Small hotel (8 rooms) run by a lovely couple, Jesús and Pepa. I was treated like family. The room was simple, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. However, I’m not a fan of the single, long pillows one often finds in Spain, which is what my queen-sized bed had. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was not. I liked that I was the only guest there that day, so the place was relatively quiet. It was nice to have the option of eating breakfast at the hotel (prepared with love by Pepa for an additional 5€).
Good position of the hostal between old city and new city; everything in walking distance. Nice breakfast prepared by Pepa. Friendly hosts.

The location is really great - above the beautiful multi- leveled iglesia de la virgin de la luz, with the río Júcar below. It’s easy to get to la cuidad alta snd access other walks. I love being in a local barrio.neighborhood as well and one that feels very creative.
