The staff are lovely, clean hotel overall, room was big and spacious.
Clean, good location, friendly staff, flexible check-in (we were able to get into the room 4 hours prior to check-in time free of charge)
Perfect location, just between las Canteras and the Marine, and public bus stop to go to old town (linea 1). The reception is very polite and helpful all the time. Room was very clean, newly renovated and spacy.
Nice room, comfortable beds, we got a wonderful artificial small garden that was open on top.

The location is excellent: very close to the beach, restaurants, transport, parks and several tourist attractions. (At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet side street with only shops that close early, so there isn't much traffic or partying outside and I felt safe walking at night.) The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was also warm (I travelled in December) - there was a thick blanket available in the room and the aircon had "warm" mode. Hotel entrance is additionally secured with a code.
