Location, value, staff and comfort. I cannot sleep on even a slightly firm mattress. Our bed was just right, not firm and not too soft.
Room was spacious, bathroom nice.
Location, very cleaning, good price. We were allowed to leave the Car in the the parking place until 2:00 pm

Great hotel in the historic center of Segovia with a secure parking garage. Room very comfortable, nice bathroom and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the lady with the ponytail and glasses at the front desk. Also great value for money.
