Absolutely beautiful and unique family-run boutique hotel, everything in such good taste and so well thought out. Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast, many spots throughout the hotel where one could lounge and relax, including a roof-top with view of the cathedral, which is practically next door. Javier and his wife did it all to perfection. Wish we were staying longer, and would definitely stay again when next in Girona.

Excellent location in old town. You are above (elevation wise) everything else in town and there are a lot of stairs. If you have bad knees or have difficulties with stairs, this would not be a good choice. All of that aside, wonderful property, amazing location and great staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.
