Very nice and clean, it is a bit old but all was clean
And the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful
I loved the location - not on top of the tourist sites, so as quieter part of the city. But a 10 minute, easy walk to the most visited spots. And, the entrance is well-lit and the reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

This is an older hotel on a narrow side street and doesn’t look like much from the outside. However, every member of the staff we met was gracious and helpful. There was free underground parking and a decent breakfast was included in the price. The bed was large and surprisingly comfortable. It’s an easy and safe 10 min walk to the old town.
