The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. All the stuff were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Such a great deal. Excellent location.
Our first room was not great, but we got moved for the second and third night to a wonderful room on floor 10
The location is superb. It is right near the Mercado San Miguel, and I walked to my tours of both the Prado and the palace. The staff was so welcoming and so friendly, and aside from the sudden downpour that dampened our ability to hang out at the top floor bar, it was a perfect stay.
The front desk was very helpful and very friendly, they upgraded my room and that was very nice touch of them
The breakfast was great , me and my daughter we enjoyed our stay
It’s near metro just 2-3mins walk. The staff is superb nice and very helpful! And the room is so clean! We love it!! Thanks!
