Got off the ferry and it was the closest hotel: easy walking distance to the ferry and/or the train. Air con. was heavenly on this hot day. Quiet.
The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to many forms of public transportation. We were just using the place to have a bedroom to sleep in, and it was perfect for that.
